Where Their Milk Comes From
The majority of the milk White Mountain uses for their yogurt comes from small to medium sized farms in Texas. No artificial hormones are used in its production, and the milk is tested for antibiotic content before processing.

By federal and state law, any milk found to contain antibiotics must be destroyed. The source cattle are fed a preponderance of grass (fresh grass during grazing or dry in the form of hay) and a grain mix during milking.

24 Hour Fermentation
White Mountain's Bulgarian Yogurt is fermented for a full 24 hours, which greatly reduces the lactose content and aids digestion. They have lactose sensitive and lactose intolerant consumers who report little to no discomfort digesting their yogurt.
