The cheese for everyone; mild, savory, and super cheesy. Named in honor of Mike Lovera who opened Lovera’s Market back in 1946. Made with rich Jersey cow’s milk, this small batch cheese is pressed in a basket mold and salted to perfection.
The rind is washed with annatto seed extract to create a striking look to this cheese. Imagine mild cheddar meets Muenster….yum! The milk for all of Lovera's hand-crafted cheeses is from family-owned single source dairies and is hormone and pesticide free.
