White Mountain Bulgarian Yogurt is a health-supporting staple food product meant to be eaten as a meal or as an ingredient in a more complex entrée. Their yogurt contains no thickeners, stabilizers, preservatives, or additives of any kind. They use two ingredients only: milk and culture.
White Mountain Bulgarian Yogurt products are packed in glass jars. They prefer to use glass as it better preserves the taste and flavor and is more sustainable than plastic.
Ingredients: Grade A pasteurized whole milk and live cultures (L. Acidophilus, L. Blgaricus, S. Thermophilus, B. Bifidum).
